Miscellaneous Photo Retouching

Client: Burton Snowboards

Samples were only created for right boots but in order to match the direction requested, both boots were required for the shot. I duplicated and flipped the boots and made any necessary adjustments to the samples to make it appear as though they are a left and right boot.

For this shoot, we could not access the vintage cooler we had hoped to find. It was requested of me to remove the branding and recolor to match a vintage cooler that was supplied in our art direction. There was also a pack that was dropped and I had to swap it out with a different pack in the line.

Some boards, depending on whether you are goofy or regular, read upside down in certain situations. This was being used for a campaign and it was imperative that board graphics were not upside down.

Client: Personal Project

A coworker of mine had asked if I could restore a photo of his sisters. This took a lot out of me, but it was great challenging myself.

Client: Burton Snowboards x L.A.M.B.

The Burton X L.A.M.B. collaborations were always full of extensive retouching. These were being designed by two parties, there were lots of different fabrics/materials, and had to pass through a long chain to be approved making them a retouching nightmare. This was one of the tougher retouching jobs, removing a back patch and replacing it with cheetah print.

The gloves were rather distracting and it was requested of me to remove them.

The dangling straps looked rather sloppy and it was requested of me to clean up both packs to appear cinched.

Another fabric change from the L.A.M.B. collection as well as lens retouching.
